Logistics Coordinator

Diversified is hiring for a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) in Coppell, Tx.

Position: Logistics Coordinator-manages the daily execution of supply chain operations, acting as the bridge between clients, warehouses, and carriers. They orchestrate inbound/outbound freight, track and trace shipments, and troubleshoot transportation bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing network efficiency.

Compensation: $24-$26/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 8a-5pm- Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities
Shipment Execution: Schedule pickups and deliveries, manage LTL/FTL (Less-Than-Truckload / Full-Truckload) bookings, and coordinate cross-docking.
Client & Carrier Communication: Develop vendor relationships, negotiate freight rates, and provide clients with status updates and delay resolutions.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), oversee carrier performance compliance, and enforce retailer routing guides to minimize chargebacks.
Inventory & Systems Management: Update tier-one Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), reconciling discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years in brokerage, transportation, or warehouse operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and experience with TMS or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving under pressure, strong multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail
