Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to supporting students’ communication growth and academic success from the end of February through early June 2027. This full-time position offers the chance to work with an engaging caseload that spans Early Childhood Special Education (ESCE) for 70% of the assignment and Kindergarten through 5th grade for the remaining 30%. Your expertise will make a profound impact across diverse age groups, allowing for both professional variety and meaningful connection.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school settings
  • Previous experience working within educational environments is highly valued
  • Passion for child development, collaboration, and innovative intervention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in both ESCE and K-5 populations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, interventions, and communications
  • Advocate for student needs and provide resources to families and staff
