Job Description
Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N) and have a minimium of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (ARRT-N or NMTCB)
- Current BLS certification
- Strong grasp of radiation safety procedures and proper handling of radiopharmaceuticals
- Proficient in the use and maintenance of nuclear medicine equipment and imaging software
- Ability to accurately interpret physician orders and follow imaging protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- At least one year of recent experience in nuclear medicine imaging
Schedule:
- Full-time hours
- Flexible scheduling may be available based on department needs
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed for imaging procedures
- Conduct nuclear medicine scans, ensuring accurate technique and optimal image quality
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and clinical staff to discuss results and facilitate quality care
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all procedures according to facility guidelines
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning, report issues, and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked
- Practice consistent patient safety and employ radiation protection measures at all times
- Provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients before, during, and after imaging procedures
