LHH is partnering with a growing logistics and transportation organization in the Columbus, Ohio area to identify a Carrier Administrator to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting carrier onboarding, compliance management, and freight claims administration while working closely with operations and carrier partners. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain operations and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position will be full time and sit onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Support carrier onboarding by verifying insurance, authority, safety ratings, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate carrier records and ensure documentation remains current within internal systems
- Monitor carrier compliance and performance, identifying and escalating potential risks or service concerns
- Partner with operations teams to facilitate carrier onboarding, compliance verification, and ongoing support
- Assist with managing freight claims, including collecting documentation, tracking deadlines, and monitoring resolution efforts.
- Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding claim status updates and issue resolution
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain, or carrier management.
- Knowledge of carrier onboarding, transportation compliance, freight documentation, or claims administration
- Experience reviewing bills of lading, proof of delivery documents, insurance certificates, or related transportation records
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
