Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We have 4 kids ages 14, 12, 10 and 4. The first 3 kids are able to take care of themselves, we just want someone to keep an eye on the 4-year-old. We prepare the food, just need to help her and make sure She eats well. We'll give her a shower in the morning and get her dressed. We just need someone to feed her and drop all 4 of them at school by 8 a.m. We live less than 5 mins away from school by car. We also need to pick them up from school at 3pm, make sure She eats when gets home. They all go to same school. Ideally we'll need someone from 6-8 a.m. and 3-5 p.m. My wife is starting school and will most likely be home between 3-4 p.m.
