Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a flexible, part time nanny for our 1 yo son. I would like somewhere between 4-6 hours a week (a few hours over 2 days) during the day to care for my son at home while I am home so I can get some work and cleaning done. We would like this caregiver to be long term, and hopefully would evolve to doing periodic date nights for my two kids (1 and 4) once or twice a month. This will not be super consistent and overall will be flexible (on my part, but I will also be able to flex my schedule for the nanny). As time goes on hours may increase. I am very interested in finding someone who is looking to (part time) nanny for a family for a long time, potentially years!
