Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for primarily before and after school care (6-9 am, 3:30/4-6pm) for our 3 and 6-year-old boys while we adjust to having our third. One parent should be home for most of the time. This may morph into a more full day need as our youngest gets to 6+ months.
