Babysitter Needed for my Children

My wife and I are both resident physicians and we need 2 nannies because there are no daycares that fit our schedules. Our first nanny takes the morning shift. The position we are looking to fill now is as follows. Schedule Mon-Fri 1:30-7:00 p.m. Sat-Sun occasional weekends, would plan on average 2x weekends per month Length: we are looking for someone long-term, preferably the next 1-2 years, if not Children: 7 yr old who goes to school full-time, 2 yr old (no plans for daycare) Benefits: can be discussed pending hourly rate, etc. Can include paid time off for vacations, holidays, etc.
