Ontario Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Canandaigua, NY.

We are now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!
\nBase Rate is $29.50- $35 with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights
\nWe now offer Daily Pay through a trusted third-party provider giving you faster access to your earnings.

Travel Reimbursement for Gas &Tolls!
\nDUTIES:

Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
\n - \n
Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
\n - \n
Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
\n - \n
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
\n - \n
May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
\n - \n
Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
\n - \n
Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
\n
REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work as a team member.
\n - \n
Valid LPN State license.
\n - \n
Must be in good standing with State Registry.
\n
