About The Auto Shop

The Auto Shop is seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Jefferson, MO, offering $27–$34/hour for B-Level Technicians and $40–$48/hour for A-Level Technicians. A-Level Technicians have $100,000+ earning potential through the shop's flat-rate or hybrid pay structure. This Monday–Friday opportunity includes an air-conditioned shop, paid training, and technical support from a Master Technician and an in-house national-level trainer.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns based on experience and skill level
\n
• Troubleshoot and repair engine, transmission, HVAC, steering, suspension, and brake systems
\n
• Complete automotive repairs accurately and efficiently
\n
• Perform vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations
\n
• Document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
\n
• Work with Service Advisors to maintain an efficient workflow
\n
• Follow established shop processes while delivering quality repairs
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
\n
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills appropriate to the technician level
\n
• Ability to complete automotive repairs independently
\n
• Missouri State Inspection License preferred
\n
• ASE Certifications preferred
\n
• Independent repair shop experience preferred
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
