Animal Care Needed - Now Hiring

My dad lives in a senior living community and is paying $17 a day for the in-house company to feed his cats and scooped their litter. They dont do either and are pretty unconscionable. Theyre very friendly sweet cats and they deserve to be fed regularly and have clean litter. Theyre supposed to be fed twice a day but once will do and scooping the litter, it takes five minutes if that. Please let me know if this is something that can be done. Thank you.
