Pet Care Needed - Now Hiring

Extra care needed for a 15 yr old female small dog with a slipped disc. She stays in a cage and let out to only poop and pee. She some times goes on the pad but misses most if the time. I dont take her outside any more to potty because she wobbles and falls over because of her weak back legs. She is a very picky eater, and will drink fresh water either tap, bottled, or gallon water. She mostly will eat when I hand feed her. Some times she will eat on her own but rarely. So I need a special kind of person to take care of a special kind of dog.
