Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. We are looking for a caregiver to come and check in with mom. To spend some time with her for when we are away and maybe more in the future. She can still take care of herself but she has some memory issues and we do not want her to be alone while we are away.
