Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: COPD Eating and TV at this point He is on Hospice. Has mobility difficulties and is very hard of hearing. Spends a lot of time sleeping. He sleeps in a recliner with a chair lift assist About the care needs: Someone that doesn't mind talking a lot since he can't hear. Need to be able to transfer him from chair to w Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
