Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My mother is 75, capable, but in need of some relief for the care of my 51-year-old down syndrome sister who lives with her. My mom needs assistance with bathing, dressing, and possibly feeding my sister to get some relief. About the care needs: Would prefer a female, gentle, reliable and patient. My sister has downs and is in the early stages of dementia. She's very frail and is getting a little stubborn as she ages. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
