Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for a sweet 7-year-old with Autism. I'm really looking for someone who has a background in ABA and is high energy. My son is limited verbally, so someone who is reliable and trustworthy is the most important. He thrives on sticking to a schedule so being on time and coming with a plan for things to do would be great. Getting him off the bus from the driveway during school days 3PM-7 p.m. (flexible) and some weekends from 9AM-3 p.m. Home management skills or organizational skills are a plus.
