Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We have a 2-month-old baby. We are looking for someone who could watch her for 4 hours, three evenings a week. We would love someone to come from 8 p.m. - midnight. You would need to be able to prepare a bottle, change diapers, use a swaddle, and change baby clothes.
