Nanny Needed For My Children

I am looking for someone who has experience with homeschooling and is willing to facilitate homeschooling three older children. The older children are 11, 10, and 8 and work somewhat independently. Everyone eats breakfast around 10 a.m. My 4-year-old gets on the bus at noon, then we start school. My 4-year-old comes home at 4 p.m. I have a 15-month-old who will spend one or two days a week at his grandmothers, but will otherwise be at home.
