Nanny Needed - Now Hiring

We're a family of four in Orlando looking for a reliable secondary caregiver to complement our full-time nanny. Our current nanny is wonderful and covers weekdays, but we need a backup for her days off, plus occasional (weekly) evenings and weekends. What we need: Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional weekday gaps Comfortable with both a preschooler and a mobile/exploring baby Reliable and consistent with routines Infant experience a plus What we're looking for: warm, patient, trustworthy, and able to follow our household routines and handoff notes from our primary nanny.
