Babysitter Needed for my Children

I work retail hours and receive my schedule in advance for 3 weeks time periods, but days and hours may vary week to week, so great communication skills will be required (especially from me to you) to get a schedule worked out in those intervals. My husband works at a restaurant and has a flexible schedule as well. We also have friends and family available to help watch our newborn some weekends but may need coverage sometimes as well. My maternity leave will end in November and at that point our son will be 3 1/2 months old. We are first time parents and need someone we feel comfortable trusting. We also have a cat- you don’t have to care for her, you just need to be ok with her presence.
