Description
American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for an outpatient and acute care setting, offering opportunities for new grads and first-time travelers with CCC-SLP certification and MBSImP experience.
Details
- Covers both acute care and outpatient therapy settings
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Meditech charting system used, experience preferred
- Requires independent work including ICU coverage and performing MBSS
- Holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience required; new grads may be considered
- BLS and CCC-SLP certification required
- MBSImP certification required with ability to train staff on unit
- FEES certification preferred
- Experience performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies required
- Experience with TIMS West Coast preferred
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Willing to consider candidates with limited experience, including new grads, who can work independently

- Non-billable orientation modules included as part of onboarding
- Former permanent employees must wait 12 months before returning as travelers
- Management willing to work with clinicians on time off requests, though minimal RTO preferred
