Warehouse associate - Now Hiring

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution sector in New Albany. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• Saturday-Sunday and at least 3 other days in the week
• 2:30 PM - 10:50 PM

Pay Rates

• 14.50 USD hourly

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Operate manual pallet jacks and organize stock
