Warehouse associate

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in New Albany. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rates

• 15.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods

Skills Requirements

• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking
• Ability to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Dependable transportation to and from the job site
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to take direction
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role Tasks

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers
• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution instructions
• Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies effectively
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
