Pick/Pack - North Aurora

Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora, IL. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday, 4 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals

Role Responsibilities

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems
• Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely for shipment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
