Pick/Pack

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack role to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora, IL. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday, 4 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment

Role

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and pack items securely for shipment.
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment.

North Aurora.
