Pick/Pack - Now Hiring

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora, IL. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals

Role for Pick/Pack

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or pick lists with speed and accuracy
• Inspect items for damage and pack them securely for shipment
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
