Pick/Pack - Now Hiring

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack professional to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our fast-paced warehouse and distribution center.

Shift Patterns

• Friday to Monday 6:30 am to 5 pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals

Role

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels and report damaged or missing inventory.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation stocked with necessary packing materials.
