Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position located in a healthcare facility. This travel role involves providing diagnostic imaging services, including basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services, and routine procedures. The assignment starts as soon as possible and lasts for 13 weeks, with the potential for floating to outpatient imaging centers. The schedule consists of five days per week, eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, graduate of an accredited AMA school, current state license as a general radiographer, at least 1 year of experience, and C-arm experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in C-arm procedures is preferred.
- Additional Information: This position may require potential floating to outpatient imaging. No call duties are required. Maximum allowable time off (RTO) is one week. The imaging department averages around 325 patients daily, with approximately 100-120 X-ray procedures per day. The EMR system used is Cerner, and scrub color is not designated.
