About Priority Auto Care
Priority Auto Care is seeking a Senior Automotive Service Advisor in Loudon, TN, with earning potential of approximately $40/hour based on sales and KPI performance.
This locally owned independent repair shop offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and focuses on thorough inspections, quality repairs, and strong customer relationships.
The Senior Service Advisor will take ownership of the customer experience and repair-order process while coordinating closely with an experienced technician team.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, complete vehicle intake, and create accurate repair orders and vehicle write-ups
- Communicate customer concerns to technicians and review Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results
- Present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally
- Obtain customer authorization and provide repair status updates by phone, text, and email
- Manage repair orders from vehicle check-in through delivery
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Maintain accurate customer notes, repair documentation, and follow-up
- Work toward established sales and customer-service KPIs while maintaining an organized front-counter experience
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of automotive Service Advisor experience
- Senior-level automotive service writing ability
- Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders while maintaining strong organization and follow-up
- Comfortable working toward established sales and KPI expectations
- Independent repair shop, Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI), and automotive shop management software experience preferred
