Production Machine Operator - Now Hiring

Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $14.50-$15.50/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | 5:00am-4:30pm | Overtime Available

Looking for a stable manufacturing job with consistent hours and bonus opportunities? We're hiring Production Associates to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Salisbury. This role combines machine operation, forklift operation, quality checks, and production support in a team-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Operate production and molding equipment
• Move and stage materials using a forklift
• Monitor production processes and quality standards
• Record production data and complete required paperwork
• Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met
• Assist with troubleshooting minor production issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with team members to achieve daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or forklift experience
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Team-oriented attitude
