Assembly repair finisher - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and repair services, is seeking a USA|Assembly Repair to join their team. As a USA|Assembly Repair, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to quality assurance and repair processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA|Assembly Repair

Location: Fort Madison, IA

Pay Range:

Shift: 10:20 pm - 6:20 am

What's the Job?

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of components to ensure quality standards are met
• Interpret inspection results and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Document inspection data and test results accurately and thoroughly
• Set up, operate, and maintain repair equipment in accordance with industry standards
• Follow safety procedures and use all required safety equipment during operations

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Experience with fiberglass and resin repair
• Ability to read, write, and understand the metric measuring system
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and work in various physical positions for extended periods
