Our client, a leading organization in the beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join their team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Support the ROPR project by coordinating transportation of cases between the offsite vendor and the production facility, including loading schedules and shipment of finished goods.
- Manage and plan customer orders in alignment with demand forecasts, required delivery dates, and inventory availability.
- Ensure all export documentation for tax-paid products is completed accurately and complies with all TTB regulatory requirements.
- Track and trace all truckloads transporting cases between US12 and the offsite warehouse to support tax-paid case operations.
- Plan and maintain inventory levels to support scheduled inbound and outbound movements of ROPR cases.
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience as a logistics analyst 2+ years.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Accurate data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
