Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for our 2-year-old daughter who has Down Syndrome. We would prefer a nanny who has their own reliable car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified. Some medical knowledge would be helpful. Our daughter currently used a Gtube for her feeds (We are willing to train on use). We would need help picking up our 5-year-old from school just on Wednesdays which is early dismissal day.
