would be as needed. some overnights may be necessary as I work 8, 24-hour shifts a month and my husband works overnights on a rotating schedule so needs might vary. I am also on call during my shifts so might work from home and get called in. you would need to be available on days I work and we would pay you to be on call as well. the baby isnt sleeping through the night yet, typically wakes 1-2 times a night so you must be able to wake up with him as needed when you stay overnight. your own sleeping space will be provided.
