Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

Looking for a part time nanny to care for a sweet 1-year-old girl and sometimes a 3-year-old boy when he is not in school. Both kids are on structured schedules. We may sometimes need help with school pickup midday, I can provide car seats. Two to three days a week is ideal and some flexibility may be needed with the days. Random date nights would also be great. Around 15 hours per week would probably be normal. We would like a long term relationship to be built. A very hard worker is necessary to fit into the household culture.
