Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker – Part Time

The Crib Connection is hiring a dependable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Worker to support our baby and beach gear rental operation throughout the Emerald Coast.

This is a hands-on position that combines local deliveries, pickups, equipment setup, cleaning, and warehouse work. You’ll be working with rental items such as cribs, Pack N Plays, strollers, high chairs, beach wagons, chairs, rollaway beds, and other vacation gear.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up rental equipment from condos, vacation homes, hotels, and resorts
• Load and unload company vans
• Assemble and break down cribs and other equipment as needed
• Follow daily delivery and pickup routes
• Clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare rental equipment between customers
• Keep warehouse inventory organized
• Verify orders before leaving for deliveries
• Report damaged, missing, or excessively dirty equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers, property staff, and management
• Follow access instructions and special delivery notes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable driving a cargo van
• Able to safely lift and carry up to approximately 50–75 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and order information
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and customer-service oriented
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical work in Florida weather
• Weekend availability is important

Schedule
Part-time with variable hours based on rental demand. Our normal delivery and pickup window is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays during busy periods.
