Power Labor is hiring experienced Millwrights and Industrial Maintenance Technicians for immediate opportunities in Columbus, Ohio!

We are looking for mechanically skilled candidates who are comfortable working in an indoor industrial shop environment and can handle hands-on work involving machinery, equipment, and materials.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay

$28–$30/hour, based on experience

What We're Looking For

• Millwright, industrial maintenance, or closely related mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and industrial materials
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, positioning, and handling equipment/materials
• Agile and able to safely maneuver around machinery and work areas
• Reliable and able to work the assigned shift
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Work Environment

• Indoor shop environment
• Hands-on mechanical and industrial work
• Physically active position requiring regular movement, lifting, and material handling
