General Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations for a leading civil construction contractor. With 7 active job sites and 3 Superintendents currently in the field, this leadership role is critical to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and oversee Superintendents across active job sites.
• Serve as the primary field operations leader and partner to company leadership.
• Maintain oversight of both grading and utility operations.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate field resources and support project teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in civil construction field operations.
• Proven experience managing both:
  • Grading operations
  • Utility installation projects
• Ability to oversee and coordinate both disciplines simultaneously.
• Experience with rock excavation and earthwork is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
