Tractor/Mower Operator

Position Description:

Ground Level Inc. is currently seeking to employ full-time tractor/mower operator

·         Must be proficient in operating 75 to 135 horsepower 4WD tractor in a safe and efficient manner

·          Ability to work well with a diverse group of people

·         Dependability and reliability

·         Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

·         Must be able to lift 50+ pounds

·         Safety Minded

·         Must be able to lift, squat, bend and pull.

Work Hours:

·         Monday thru Saturday

·         6:30am to 5:00pm

Required:

·         Ability to pass background

·         Ability to pass drug test

·         Valid Driver's License with clean driving record

·         Mandatory 1 year experience operating tractor with 6' to 15' bush hog      mower behind it

Preferred but not required:

·         Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

·         MSHA/OSHA certification

·         Experience in maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on equipment

Compensation: ·       

based on experience
