The role requires timely delivery of imaging services under departmental protocols and radiologist supervision, ensuring patient care and imaging quality.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, Saturday/Sunday/Monday, 8:00 am - 8:30 pm, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in CT, graduate of an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) school, valid state license as a general radiographer, at least 1 year of experience in CT imaging procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning including head, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures. Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, contrast media studies, and cross-sectional anatomy.
- Additional Information: The assignment requires call coverage once per week, with no floating responsibilities. Patient ratio is approximately 3 scans per hour. Beds in the unit total 2, and the EMR system used is Cerner. The position is for a 13-week duration, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/18/2027. No remote work or floating to other units is required.
