Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and clinical guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
