You will be reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversee a Front-of-House team of 50-60 Team Members, including 5 leaders. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of senior Food and Beverage leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple outlets within a large-scale and/or luxury hotel environment. We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture. As an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, you’re not just supporting the Food and Beverage Director in overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
