About the Role
Prudential Healthcare Staffing is looking for reliable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to pick up PRN shifts at assisted living and nursing home facilities in the Mankato, MN area. This is a flexible, per-diem opportunity — work shifts that fit your schedule and availability.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Monitor and document resident vital signs and general condition
- Assist with meals and feeding as needed
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Follow all facility and state care protocols
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a nursing home or assisted living setting
- Willing and able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to Mankato-area facility locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
