I’m a physical therapist with 24 years of experience, and after years of working in the profession, I’m finally taking the next step: expanding my own home health physical therapy business.
I’m looking for a PTA who wants to be part of that journey from the beginning and provide care throughout the Los Angeles/San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino County areas.
My approach to home health is simple: provide excellent care, build genuine relationships with patients, and treat every patient like a person—not a visit on a schedule. I’ve built my professional reputation through the quality of my work, and I’m looking for someone who shares those same values.
Why Join Me?
You won’t be coming into a huge company where you’re just another name on a roster. I’m intentionally starting small. You would be one of just two PTAs working directly with me, giving us the opportunity to build a strong team and culture together.
You’ll also have direct access to me by phone or text when you need support. Questions, challenging patients, clinical situations, or just needing to talk something through—you won’t be left wondering who to call or feeling like a number.
Start Small. Grow Together.
This is a startup, so I’m being upfront: we’re starting small and building strategically. The initial position will be as a 1099 independent contractor, with the goal of growing the company and eventually transitioning to a W-2 model with benefits as the business expands.
That means you have a unique opportunity that you typically wouldn’t get with an established company:
You can help shape what this company becomes.
You’ll have a voice in our culture, our standards, and how we care for our patients. As we grow, there will be opportunities to grow with us.
If you’re a PTA who takes pride in your work, values patient relationships, wants direct support from an experienced PT, and likes the idea of being part of a small, close-knit team, I’d love to hear from you.
We’re starting with a small team and big goals. If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be interested in, let’s talk.
