We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, providing excellent service, and taking pride in representing their company well.
As a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for preparing daily truck runs, safely delivering products to customers, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Because you will regularly interact with customers, you are an important face of our company and should arrive with a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a willingness to help.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare delivery vehicles and load orders accurately for daily truck runs.
- Make safe, timely deliveries primarily throughout Colorado Springs and Pueblo, with occasional deliveries to Denver, the San Luis Valley, and other surrounding areas.
- Verify orders before delivery and maintain an organized, efficient route schedule.
- Pick up products, supplies, and customer orders from FedEx and other vendors in Colorado Springs, Denver, and surrounding areas as needed.
- Receive incoming freight and stock warehouse shelves, racks, and designated storage areas.
- Help keep the warehouse organized, clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.
- Install restroom dispensers and related janitorial equipment at customer locations on an occasional basis.
- Maintain delivery vehicles by keeping them clean, monitoring service and maintenance needs, and promptly reporting any mechanical, safety, or operational concerns.
- Keep the delivery area, warehouse work area, and assigned equipment clean and organized.
- Learn and use the company software system to update orders, manage delivery information, and create or adjust truck runs as needed.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures, delivery policies, and vehicle-operation requirements.
- Assist with other warehouse, delivery, and customer-service tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles and work independently throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail when loading, delivering, receiving, and organizing products.
- Comfortable using or learning computer and order-management software.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize products in a warehouse and delivery environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Positive, patient, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Clean-cut, presentable, and respectful when visiting customer locations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify what needs to be done and complete tasks without constant supervision.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the position; training will be provided.
What We’re Looking For
The right person for this position takes ownership of their work. They understand that every delivery matters, every customer interaction reflects on the company, and an organized warehouse helps the entire team succeed. We are looking for someone who shows up ready to work, keeps a positive attitude during busy days, treats customers with respect, and takes pride in doing the job right.
Training will be provided on company procedures, delivery routes, warehouse operations, product handling, dispenser installation, and the software system used to manage orders and truck runs.
