Caregiver / Home Health Aide

WHAT YOU’LL DO (ADLs & In-Home Support):

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility/transfer assistance

• Assist with daily living: meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship

• Track visit notes and client changes easily through our mobile app

• Maintain consistent schedules with long-term, regular clients

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on caregiving preferred (home care, assisted living, facility, or family care)

• Transport: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance

• Screening: Ability to pass a background check, recent TB test, and physical (we can assist with testing location)

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and compassion for seniors

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week, guaranteed schedule, PTO eligibility after 1 year, first priority on hours

• Part-Time: ~20 hours/week on a consistent schedule with option for extra shifts

• Per Diem: Total schedule flexibility (minimum 1 shift/week). Ideal for filling extra availability at higher hourly rates!
