Electrical Assembler
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Pay: $20–$25 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to install wiring and assemble electrical components using blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Install and wire switches, meters, analyzers, transmitters, and other devices.
- Cut, strip, bend, and form wire, cable, conduit, pipe, and tubing.
- Connect color-coded wires in compact spaces.
- Solder connections and crimp connectors onto wire ends.
- Adjust and inspect electrical assemblies.
- Identify blueprint or production issues and communicate them to the lead or engineer.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
- One to two years of electrical assembly or related experience.
- Associate degree or technical-school training preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Basic soldering and crimping experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working around electrical equipment.
