Crane Service Department Coordinator

• Setup new crane inspections and process completed reports
• Prepare and send-out repair proposals
• Setup Crane Repair Orders
• Process completed service work tickets
• Setup service billing
• Assist with service scheduling as needed
• Assist with answering phones as needed
• Interact with Customers via phone and email
• Prepare and send out new equipment manuals

Skills:

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Good Computer and Typing Skills
• Good Organizational Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• NetSuite Experience a Plus
