Job Title: 2nd Shift – Turret, Pacer, and Cherry Picker

Schedule: Mon - Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, mandatory overtime and weekends

Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves operating Turret, Pacer, and Cherry Picker equipment, performing general labor tasks, and supporting overall warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Turret, Pacer, EPJ, and Cherry Picker equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed (e.g., stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and rf scanning)
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as required
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Osha Forklift certification required
• Reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
