2nd Shift Quality Control Lab Technician

Shift/Hours: 2nd shift - Monday - Friday - 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (3rd shift available - 10:00 pm - 6:30 am)
Training: Will be on 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Location: Cartersville, GA 30120
Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing QC

2nd Shift Quality Control Lab Technician Responsibilities:

• Follow all appropriate procedures for retrieving and logging samples.
• Inspecting and being able to observe material for any defects.
• Formulate samples.
• Perform required tests in accordance with training and policy procedures.
• Making sure recordings, loggings, and reports are accurate and legible.

2nd Shift Quality Control Lab Technician Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must uphold a safe working environment.
• Must be able to get to work on time.
• Able to stand for the entire shift duration.
• Ability to work within a small group environment.

2nd Shift Quality Control Lab Technician Requirements:

• Basic Math/Reading abilities.
• Previous relevant laboratory skills is a plus.
• Ability to speak/understand English.
• Manual dexterity and efficiency in a high volume environment.
• Able to provide 2 professional references.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
